How long does order processing take?

Orders take 3 to 4 business days to process after payment is received.

When do you ship orders?

We send out packages exclusively on Thursdays and Saturdays from Oahu, Hawaii.

Do you accept custom crochet requests?

We do not take custom orders at this time. All items available in the shop are pre-made and ready to ship in limited quantities.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our items. Rare exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact the delivery service directly to file a claim if your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit.
